Default Blenheim here we come!!!!
Well we got PR last Saturday having waited since June (Medical referral yo yo). And I am stunned that WE SOLD THE HOUSE TODAY!!!!!!!
WE ARE OFF!!!!!
We have been with the same agent since June, added another agent on Friday and sold with them in one day!!! Spooky and FAB!!!!!
We are so happy!!!!!
Mad panic now to prepare as they really want to be in for Christmas!
Good luck to all who await PR and house sale, it WILL happen honestly!!
Celebrating in a BIG way!!!!!

Just remembered, it was Blenheim to Renwick when the cops pulled me over for speeding, going too slowww.....................

you're joking! Were you fined for going slow?

only brush with Mr Plod we had was in Gisbourne ,hubby was breathalysed at 7.30 am on news years day- millennium- (fortunately we hadn't taken drink to beach as the tickets said no alcohol ) but many people had and were caught!

Not fined, just advised to either speed up or pull across as traffic was building up behind. told plod I was looking for our turn right to the backpackers and when he heard the pom accent he gave me the 'ok then but remember in future' bit
