Singapore, from a survey by the HSBC? Wonder what their demographic was? 25-40, male high flyer.....Or some poor sod working construction for $2/hr? If you are a westerner you are an expat, everyone else is a migrant!
Sweden???? Having lived there, English people are pretty rare and most are one half of Anglo/Swedish couple. I would agree that childcare for young families is amazing but the school system is pretty sucky (encouraging mediocrity, rather than excellence "Lagom" is the word for it).
Destinations where expats were most likely to have relocated in order to improve wellbeing were New Zealand, Spain and Portugal, while Sweden was the most appealing for expats with families, thanks to ample childcare options and the relative ease of organising schools.

Not me.
I'm an immigrant who migrated from the UK to NZ.
My Mum was an immigrant who migrated to live in the UK England from the Republic of Ireland back in the very ealry 50's & when she applied for her first ever passport after decades in the UK and having been married to an Englishman for also several decades , we all suddenly certainly knew the difference.
