Best Banks in NZ
Want to get registered with a Bank in NZ ahead of our move, can somebody recommend a decent one.
Also can somebody recommend a good shipping company for a part load of furniture.

Can I suggest you look at the main New Zealand site. You'll find loads of info there on banks and removal companies.
Also you can use the search button at the top of the page to search the site.

We opened our account via the email with ASB. We found this process very easy.
We were introduced to them by our Landlord. If you would like me to forward your details to my contact at the bank, please PM with your email address.
They can then answer any further questions you may have.

Hiya we opened ours with Westpac over e-mail and it was all really easy. We have to contact the Hamilton branch on arrival and we then go in and pick up our cards, accts etc.
We have also transferred our money with HIFX which was really easy too.
We are using Anglo Pacific for a shared container as we have sold most of our furniture to the people who have bought our house.
