Hi anbody out there can give me info on how to open a bank account before i move out.

Hi, dead easy, we emailed Kiwi bank and they were really helpful, they emailed the application form which we printed off, we sent them proof of our address in UK and photo copy of our passports. We then used Hifx to send money over bit by bit and even emailed Kiwi bank to make sure it was in the account. Communication was very good and everything went to plan.
