Back again at long last
Well Hi all.
Not been on for over a year as plans fell through but now happy to announce that we are well on our way to move to New Zealand. Got an immigration interview on Tuesday and with any luck a visa shortly after.
If anyone has any handy tips on types of questions asked at the interview that would be great and I will also be posting some questions re areas to live in as its all getting a bit real and I'm beginning to panic
Looking forward to touching base with you guys and generally getting to know folk, you never know I might be able to buy coffees if the not too distant future
Laura

Welcome back Laura. Very pleased to hear that your plans are back on track. How exciting for you all.
Good luck with the interview, I can't help you with that as we didn't have one. There have been a few threads on this subject done in the past, so you could try the <search> option. I think one was started by Flowerpot.
We live in Gulf Harbour on the Whangaparaoa Peninsula which we love. It's too far out for some people but we find it quiet most of the time. We planned to live on the North Shore originally but found we didn't like it. It felt too crowded & busy for us but I know others who love it there. Horses for courses & all that.
The panic phase is mandatory with emigrating so be assured that you are perfectly normal
