:sneaky:
BA plans strike on the day I WANT TO FLY!!! How dare they???

they could reschedule the flights a couple days earlier - which means more time spent in NZ - so I spose it aint all bad ;)

How very dare they! Still they may offer free flights as compensation wich could come in handy!

Hope it all works out OK!

Might be worth giving them a ring now to see what they are offering & speak to your insurance company too.:)

yep we did yesterday = they asked for us to call them next friday (02/02/07) to confirm strike going ahead. if it is then they will put on extra flights either sunday or monday thus bringing us fwd a couple days. they will also ensure connecting flights are made available too.

i read somewhere that one 3-day strike will cost them in the region of £125m!! You can see why...

just another bloody moan -had our suitcases delivered today (yehehehhhhhh) really impressed.

NOT IMPRESSED with the sticker they slapped on the side, size of a side plate, that wont PEEL off.

i spent past half hour pick pick pick, rub, pick pick, rub, pick, rub, pick

so then i thought, i have some adhesive remover somewhere - that;ll be alright.

now i have A BIG WHITE CIRCLE on the side of my black suitcase

i am so bloody stupid sometimes

You should be there for Waitangi Day then :) Think I'm right in saying it's a public holiday & the kids go back to school the day after.
