Averages on utility bills / council rates?
Hi, just wandered if anyone could shed some light on the average utilty bills / council rates. I know these will vary quite a bit depending on area/house and family size, but just a rough guide would help.
We're a couple without any children, we'd be looking at renting to start (I believe rent in NZ includes rates???) buying once settled. As for areas were pretty open, from Northland, Auckland, Bay of Blenty right down the east coast, and of the South Island, Christchurch, Dunedin. Water rates/meter Council rates Gas Electric Phone/internet Other Any help info is really appriciated Cheeeeeeeeeers:thumbup: Paul and Dani |
