I spoke to the Bar Manager at The Bluestone (Mark, hails from Yorkshire originally) and he has reserved the area immediately right of the entrance from 4.30 (Its a U-Shaped seating area - ideal for social interaction 
..........and its close to the bar !!!!)

We might venture along if no one minds!
We're teachers from the UK and have been here for about a month now. Have spent most of that around North Island in a campervan and are now looking for work. Would be nice to meet some friendly faces
