Not sure when I'll be heading back to NZ, as I'm looking after me frail 'ol Ma at present. When I do go back, not certain where I'll head, but possibly Rotorua, Tauranga, or even down south. Last lived in Cromwell, and liked it there as well.

Hey Dave, where abouts are you looking to live in Dunners ? if you want higher temps in summer, head to Mosgiel or Tairie plains, warmer in summer although colder in winter, be careful where you live in Dunners, there are some places that loose the sun in winter and some places that get none for 3 months

Hi Nige,

Short term we are heading to Macandrew bay on the peninsula, think its the better side to be on for sunshine (so I hear!). Where abouts are you living? We will make sure we have a good look around before we decide to buy anything
