Many thanks david and laura for your fast response, particularly as life must be new and hectic at the moment.. Will take on board what you have said. Just started completing nurse reg documents and stressing over them as i hear they can be a little difficult with these.

I currently work for ADHB although it might be worth trying to negotiate I agree with the above. Budgets restrictions are in force. Good luck with everything
