is there any poms in whitianga.i know there are a lot here but was wondering if they could all meet up some where

Damn right it is! I was there 3 times in the summer, once with my in-laws when they visited, glorious weather, had a fantastic time, walked along the beach one morning about to go on a boat trip when a local walked past, we said good morning, he said, 'another day in paradise.' Absolutely.
Went again about 2 weeks later with my parents who were visiting, it rained solidly all weekend, couldn't see the beautiful views, couldn't go out, awful.
Third time about 3 weeks after that with my sis, her hubby and their 3 girls when they were visiting, yes, visitors for us are like busses, nothing for 3 years then they all come at once!
Anyway, it was heaven on earth again. Only thing was Whitianga was booked solid so had to stay in Matarangi and drive in. Still awesome tho
