Anyone know a good cheap solicitor in Tauranga?

Need to sort out a letter the allow wife to sell house in the UK that is in both our names (bit hard for me to sign from NZ) which was overlooked before I came over, also need to have an NZI1146 signed and a copy of my passport and work visa signed.

There's a community law office in Hamilton Street, beside the Citizens Advice Bureau. I've had declarations witnessed there and just gave them a $10 donation. Not sure if you're meant to make an appointment (I didn't) but it's probably the cheapest place to go.
