No but I think it's a massively interesting project and has huge potential.

Satelloons (Satellite Balloons) actually have a much longer and more interesting history than most people realize. The U.S. military built them from the 50's to 60's for research, they coated them with aluminium and used them to "bounce" satellite signals allowing a greater range of communication. However because these tests where sub-orbital and had no control systems the balloons always ended up heading towards the polls due to prevailing wind direction around earth. Such systems that can adjust the balloons height could allow a balloon to circumnavigate at useful latitudes.

However they successfully showed a proof of concept that eventually became Telstar, the first communications satellite. The launches also inspired many artists with their reflective beauty (Anish Kapoor for example).
