Any tips for a good rental in Wellington
Just had a look at this thread - its been going a long time!!
We (my partner and I) have just arrived in New Zealand (10 days ago) and have travelled all around and decided that we like Wellington the best! So far we are staying in a rather 'grotty' bedsit - but very cheap! (its in Petone).
Looking for a rental and then want to buy. Have viewed some nice rentals in Titahi Bay, Upper Hut, Whitby - good for a commute into the city and there is good transport network around. Any one have any good tips for getting a nice rental? We've contacted quite a lot of property agents but they don't always get back to you! We really like it here and will definitely settle.
