Am Loolah (I'm loolah too!)
I have another EA coming out tomorrow for an appraisal - thanks to your advice!
Now i have to write a letter to idiot EA but don't have a clue - can you please help give pointers so I don't seem horrible but get my point across ?!
If you're too busy, I won't take offence - I just can't think of anything that wouldn't have my arse in court for slander hehe
Thanks in advance xx

So " You're a useless w**ker, and quite frankly, even if you were the last Estate Agent on this planet, I still wouldn't do business with you", is a bit strong then ?????

Don't let 'em tie you in to a contract.
Tell 'em you're willing to got the standard percentage, and will give them notice of discharge, but don't let them make you commit to them. The threat of discharge might actually make them try and do the job you pay for.
