All Finished !! Help with Hawkes Bay please
Hi all. Following our telephone interview just over a week ago, we were told last Thursday that we have been accepted, vitually one year to the week, from start to finish.....yeeeaaah. 
To further enhance our joys, we have also decided on a place to settle....Hawkes Bay. We have researched everywhere, literally everywhere, but Hawkes Bay seems to tick all. Now, can anyone give me a little insight into where is best to live (with the exception of Havelock Nrt - too expensive) e.g., community, safety, schools, proximity to a beach etc. We will have a budget of around 300k NZ to spend on a house, if this helps. As always, many thanks to anyone who can help.
