Hi,

I am coming over with the wife ( she is a nurse) and was wondering if any one on this site currently works at a NZ airport /

NZ has lots of airfields/ports, you might get a better response if you describe what you do, there is a wide variety of trades involved after all....:confused:

Auckland International Airport is the obvious biggie - they have a dedicated careers page on their site:

There are a few other local smaller airports/fields around the Auckland area too, don't know names, but if you google you'll find them:
one north of Auckland between Albany and Orewa;
another south not too far from Papakura;
there is another further north again (like an hour north of Auckland) - between Warworth and Wellsford;

Then of course all the major towns/cities have airports (or fields where the "terminal" is a portacabin in some cases)!

Wellington Airport was recruiting about 8 weeks ago for ops and terminal management. They have an appointments page on their website. They own Prestwick and Manston in the UK.
Christchurch is in the process of opening a new domestic and international terminal - they may need new staff.
Smaller airports generally need all-rounder managers as they are so small. PMR has an MD and ops manager,for example.
