Default Age Limits to Live in NZ?

Does anyone know the current age limit to apply for NZ residency? I know it's currently 45 in Oz but someone told me it's 55 in NZ.

Under 50 for PR (but after 45 it is more difficult to reach the points target)

on a skilled migrant visa you have to be 55 or under. I'm not sure on the other visa's so you may have to look closer into each visa option

I'm amazed by that age 55 limit.
I'm highly skilled, Engineering, Mechanical by trade (currently QA Engineer in Aerospace) so maybe it would be worth taking a holiday to NZ and check it out.
Cheers for that

Husband and I did just that earlier this year and it really opened our eyes to possibilities. Unfortunately we also found out quite how much NZ housing costs

There's no upper age limit for Canada at all.

We found NZ was not at all age-ist unlike the UK. I re-trained at 54 and jobs are open to everyone on merit, age immaterial. If you can do something they are happy to let you and age doesn't count. That is one of the really cool things about NZ in my experience.

You can get residency via the SMC or WTR routes:
55 or younger for a Skilled Migrant Visa
53 or younger for a LTSSL WTR visa as you need to be 55 or less to apply for residence [2 years later]
Curiously a Talent [accredited employer] WTR says you need to be 55 or younger for the actual WTR visa which would mean you could apply for residency at 57. Maybe I've missed something!

You've lost me a bit there. What's a LTSSL and a WTR visa? And I don't understand the 'applying for residency' bit after two years. Sorry for being dumb with that
