advice container costs ??

hi

just wondering if you enter n.z on wtr if you have to pay any taxes on your container or any advice on best action please - thought if house sold and hubby gets over to search out job and obtains wtr if any hidden costs - heard somewhere about a family that had to pay taxes on their container or is that just when no visas ?

thanks for help

You shouldn't have to pay tax if you have WTR. I certainly hope not anyway as that is what we are doing.

Best wishes

No duty payable if you have a WTR visa in place.

If you enter on a visitors visa then you will be required to pay duty as a form of bond. This is refundable once you present a work , WTR, PR visa etc.
