Default Advice On Applying For Nz Jobs

Hello everyone, me again, mithering the pants off y'all.

Me and hubby have found jobs we really want to go for in NZ. We'd not considered seeking work at this moment in time but need to move quickly to get the applications in because these jobs are spot on for us. Can anyone with experience of applying/getting/being rejected for jobs in NZ give me some advice on Resume filling for NZ employers, whether to focus more on attitude than experience, etc?

All advice gratefully received!
