Advice
Which is the best bank to go with?
Westpac or Bank of new zealand
wat is best to get a contract phone and who with, and can i get one with no credit history in NZ?
Also im looking for a HGV Class 1 (class5 NZ) job.
can anyone help

We've got different accounts with both of them.
You'll have to go and compare their charges, decide how you'll be using the account, and make up your own mind.
At the end of the day, get used to the idea that you'll be paying them to look after your money, more so than in UK.
As for your phone, you can buy a PAYG sim card for vodafone.
As for your lack of credit, you get a lot of leeway as a migrant, based on the fact that NZIS feel you're responsible enough to live here.
Jobwise, it's not gonna happen til you're in country. There's plenty of anecdotal posts on here to vouch for that.
