advice on £/$
I have been holding off transferring my £ and back in august was told by my bank manager that he predicted the £ to exchange for about $3.1 by November but I have only really seen the $ strengthen (although has weakened slightly over past couple of weeks) since then. Any thoughts as to when the $ is going to weaken to at least £1 =$3.1 or better?
