Default Adidas

Another example of corporate greed. Apparently the All Blacks jerseys are made in Thailand for a estimated cost of $8.00 each!!!!!!

This is turning into a bit of a problem for Adidas isn't it? Someone should do a "Make your own" type video on YouTube with a black t-shirt and white transfers , I think you could make a million hits with that actually if you did it well and made it funny.

I'm just putting harry black tape on the Adidas logo on my three year old shirt.
A small protest, but one I feel shows my support for the ABs, and disgust at the manufacturer.

I have a business and my target is $2500 a week, I could drop my prices I suppose
so I only make the Kiwi average wage, that'd be better for everyone wouldn't it ??

You know I love travelling to Asia so I can buy lots of electrical goodies at low low prices don't you??

Buy it online !!!!

The fact that this issue has received so much coverage in NZ served to remind me of just how small a place it is. Couldn't really see this being a lead story anywhere else...

100% agree

I've been here 10 weeks and so far here's a selection of headline 'news':

Peppers are pricey
Milk is too much money
Tomatoes are costly
All Blacks shirts are expensive
England Rugby team will wear black for one game

It's like Newsround

I mean really, who cares, what right thinking bloke wants a skin tight black jersey anyway ?

Moving on today we've found some other shirt to get upset about; the Nike England shirt.

Oh no. I'm taking ear plugs into work tomorrow. The locals will be bleating.

Although knowing how sensitive they are about it I'll be winding them up big time.

Talking Re: Adidas

Don't see what the fuss is about, if it where in Ireland I'd expect merchandise with Celtic art to be used or aborigine in Australia.

I like the quote at the end:
But the reality is big corporates don't give a damn about indigenous people. They take what they can, when they can.
Everyone is an indigenous of somewhere you stupid cnut, as is all art . Stop trying to be a cultural bully .

Twenty quid! Do they do them in the reverse colours though? Your forever changing your t-shirt wearing white.

How about a signed new design jersey in a frame for just $1500.......or in a box for only $1000......to me 500 is a little expensive for framing

10 weeks, then surely you should have included:

Penguin gets lost and eats sand.
