Address Change
 

Hi all

Can anyone help, I have been on waiting to be selected from the EOI Pool for a while now and just recently moved to a new town and I need to tell them the Change of my circumstances i.e. New Address etc. I found I have to ring London Call Centre 09069 100 100 at a whopping £1.00 a minute, is there any way I can do this by email.

Just type in the 09 number to the search option should give you 01245 454448

the one in my signature does not charge a pound, or didn't when we used it but still takes you direct - so you still get the automated voice message - hopefully its still in operation

You always used to be able to edit an EOI online, as long as it hadn't been selected. Have you tried logging on and doing that?
It may have changed since my day...:sneaky:
