nothing made up there read what you wrote as from what you put you would be exceeding the speed limit to overtake a car so in a 30 with a car in front doing 25 its ok to do 35 to pass it?or 65 you do 75? hence my point about being in a rush and taking a risk by overtaking.

More cars dosnt mean more bad driving. New zealand might be small but I can assure you they more than make up for that by the crap standard of driving here.
