4 years for smothering your child
...to death!!
Can you believe that bloke only got 4 years? I realise that the 'ingredients' were not there for murder, but for manslaughter? All there! Which has a similar tariff to life. So why the fxxk did he just get 4 years?????
Anyone, anyone with half a brain knows that when you are over 100kgs, incredibly strong and you forcefully hold a pillow over a child's head FOR ten minutes, the outcome is going to be disasterous for the child.
The law time and time and time again lets our children down.

What's worse is he'll do less than half of that sentence and will likely be due to be released any time now.

He'd have been better off taking her on holiday to Portugal, and leaving her in the apartment while he went to a Tapas bar.
