Hi All...
My hubby and I moved from the uk nearly 2 months ago, living in South Auckland, would love to meet up with and make some friends, I have the same feelings of missing UK friends, think need to make some friends to settle in a bit. We like walking, cycling, few beers, the beach etc.

Great to hear from someone in the same situation as myself. This is my second attempt at doing it, so Im trying my hardest to do it differently this time round and to put myself out there to make new friendships, as I feel this is the most important to make the transition a success so to speak. So where abouts are you in NZ? I was born and brought up in Berkshire and then moved for the later half of my life to near the Lake District.

We are up for both... hopefully some chaps will be there so the hubby doesn't feel too left out 
NZtoKW we can probably do Saturday for a beer if you fancy, got to go up North Shore to see a car, will be able to let you know details as soon as the hubby rings the guy.
