3 bedroom house to rent - Christchurch
Hi, anyone heading to ChCh in the next few weeks and looking for a place to stay while you sort yourselves out?
3 bedroom house to rent in Beckenham/Somerfield - 30 min walk in to town and 10 min walk up to base of the Port Hills, nice and central.
Double garage, separate dining, good kitchen and bathroom. Well sized garden, fully fenced, sunny section.
!Well insulated and super efficient logburner!
Short term rental early July to mid October.
Just $250 per week negotiable - we would rather have good tenants than no tenants!
