Is there an equivalent in NZ? I have a friend on a mobile nearby and I can't phone her back.

Sounds a bit odd...i thought most cell phones automatically 'called ID'd' the person. Which makes me think that if the person was calling from a restricted number then the equivalent of 1471 wouldn't work either??
