I'm all over the dogs, it was my first Job! And yes ouch! We're using golden arrow and flying via LA hopefully, no way were we leaving them behind despite the cost!

Booming is good, house prices not so! Hoping long term to buy land and self build! It's a dream....

Possibly worth considering a short term rental if it gets the house sold.
