Default Netherlands policy on faulty goods/Trading standards

Can someone kindly advise me on the law in The Netherlands on a refund on delivery for faulty goods? The company I am using have sold me a faulty car radiator. They have agreed to replace it on return of the old one but will not refund my delivery costs. I am also out of pocket as I am needing by buy replacement fluid to refill the new radiator and the one they supplied was leaking, so is costing me more on this faulty item as well as unnecessary delivery costs. Thanks in advance
