6 Month contract in Holland
I am a UK citizen currently living in Canada, thus my tax residence is Canada.
I have been offered a 6 month contract in Holland. Can I use my UK company to receive the income from the contract without my UK company paying dutch tax? Personally I will receive 0 wage and 0 dividends. My parents who are also directors will draw dividends.
Many thanks.

The rule is that you pay income tax where the income is generated, not where your ltd is registered. I am sure many UK contractors would disagree but that's the rule.
You can call the Belastingdienst in Heerleen at +31 555 385 385 and they do speak English.
