Quite a different story entirely - yes? There are problems all over, seems to be getting worse. Where I come from the local Hospital was shut, now a housing site, the next nearest was remodelled at half the capacity, and they are talking of closing that |

Yes, so I understand. If this country sinks into the sea, it'll go stern end first! I visited Niagara Falls years back. If I remember right there are two Falls - the Horseshoe and the Bridle. Weather was thick snow and icy as hell. But the smaller of the two Falls (I think it's the Bridle Falls) was spectacular... vast areas of its cascading water having frozen into awesome shapes. There's a huge tower there, atop of which is a viewing area, I believe, and possibly a diner of some description. Niagara is well worth a visit ... ;) -- http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=jQ9lQe2YoBs |
