I stayed in the USA for 1 year with a visitorsvisa (extended it 6 months). When I
went back to my country they didnt ask for the I 94 card which I never received back
when I applied for the 6 month extension. I used a round trip ticket and plan to fly
back to USA in August. Have a multiple entry visa in my passport. Will I be able to
enter USA again? Hope will soon receive an answer!

Did you stay in the US for the whole year with your visitor's visa ? How long ago was
that ? If it was fairly recent, ( like within 3 to 6 months or what ) when you come
back to US, the immigration officer probably would ask you how long you last stayed
in the US. And they probably would also ask you why you need to go back in such a
short period of time after you had been stayed in the US for the last 12 months. I
heard a case like that before from a friend. She was sent back , returning to her
home country on the same flight, because she immedietly ( I think it was like after 3
weeks or so ) returned to the US after her staying in US for 6 months with her
visitor's visa. She also had a multiple entry visa, but that was not the point. The
important thing the immigration officers look for is your intent when you enter the
US. If you come back too soon after your long stay, they might suspect your intent.
Perhaps you should consult a lawyer or an immigration specialist on that to be sure.
