Love the first article especially as the Waterloo Health Centre that the writer attended is the one in which we are patients. The doctors, nurses and staff there are EXCELLENT! We have been to both St. Thomas's and Guys and both again offer great service. You might have to wait sometimes but they keep you informed. As Brits, sometimes we don't appreciate what we have!
