Re: Waiver of international student fees?
In answer to your second point about it being "impossible to quote the text added", the easiest option is to cut and paste. If you don't know how to do this you can either ask the mods to show you how or google "cut and paste".

Just noticed this too. dunroving, it is quite common practice on internet forums to use coloured text in a quote; the colour showing that it doesn't "makes me look like i said stuff I didn't."

It took you 6 months to come up with that sarcastic response? Man, you are a) slow, and b) seemingly unable to leave things in the past.
I'll look for your next Smart Alec response sometime in the summer - take your time ...

I'm obviously pretty stupid, I think you'll have to spell it out, because I thought I could recognise sarcasm when I see it:

- Oh look, I must have Googled "cut and paste" ...

Based on your previous post about different colour text in a quote, I’m going to give you the benefit of the doubt and assume that your anger is due to frustration at not understanding.
When I posted today (I've been meaning to reply to this thread for ages) to JAJ’s post, it meant just that, that I have been meaning to reply to this thread for ages. I have a lot of respect for JAJ’s posts and was wondering his/her take on that quote I gave. Another thread today about the health service, had reminded me of this thread
Then to your post I put Just noticed this too. Which means that I have just noticed your post, today; when I read the rest of the thread after replying to JAJ.
Does that answer your angry response today of
If I haven’t explained that very clearly and you still don’t understand, just ask.

You just come over as unable to engage in some sarcastic banter, even when you initiated it ... come on now, YOU man up and apologise .... for being so anal. (that was sarcasm too, in case you can't tell). (so was that last remark). Ask me to explain sarcasm if you don't get the message ... honestly ... do you get out much? (that was sarcasm too).

If you honestly think I'm angry, take a quick look at a few of my posts over the last wee while or ask anyone on here. I'm a pretty happy-go-lucky person who spends most of my time on here providing helpful factual advice. I just sometimes don't respond well to being patronised. And I'd say that based on your string of rapid-fire responses over the past few minutes, using your apparent criteria for personality assessment, there's maybe just a smidgeon of suppressed anger seething somewhere on your side of the keyboard.
