Using Canadian bank account.
Hello all!
I am moving back to England after 15 years in Canada, Will I be able to access
my Canadian bank accounts (rrsp, tfsa, gics). Is there double taxation or Penalties? Should I just liquidate my assets completely when I move? I'm in my 20's and don't have property in Canada and wont be retiring anytime soon!

Will this be a permanent move? Do you intend to maintain a physical presence in Canada?

Yes, I intend to stay permanently in England. I might visit Ontario after a year once I'm settling in order to visit some of my family.

The CRA website advises what you should do when leaving Canada and has all the answers to your questions.
