Upper tribunal allowed my appeal
Hello friends.
My appeal in FTT was dismissed and I applied to upper tribunal. Hearing date was on 11 march and today I received letter from the upper tribunal which allow my appeal. But one friend told me when upper tribunal allow appeal it means I should expect a new hearing date from first tribunal so my case will be hear again. If anyone has an experience let me know.
