Makes no sense does it? Mine in the UK has been on the market for 6 months now and nothing yet all around at least 3 flats have sold really quickly. I've reduced the price twice as well! I don't want to go back to live there for personal reasons and it's such a drain on my money paying rent here and a mortgage there :thumbdown: If I sold it I could return home quicker too! Oh well just gotta hang on in there I suppose!
