UK Taxes

I am a British citizen living in the USA with dual citizenship, I am receiving disability benefits from social security which I do not have to pay taxes on, the amount is too low for taxes. I am thinking of moving back to the UK, so the question is, will I have to pay UK taxes on my US income, Thanks in advance.

Re: UK Taxes

The UK taxes on worldwide income including SS so I would expect that disability SS would also be taxed.

Re: UK Taxes

Definitely will need to be reported on a UK self-assessment, and as I understand it, any amount that exceeds the UK personal allowance will be taxable.
