Default uk driving licence

hi does anyone know if you moved out to canada and exchanged your driving licence you only get the car licence not motorcycle, so you lose it!, but if you were to return do you get back your old motorcycle licence?? i have the pass report etc when i took the test

As far as I know you should get it back.

wouldn't that be the same as losing or having your licence stolen?
in those circumstances you'd contact the DVLA and request replacements
they'd have your details on record

Bin there done that and yes, if you want to ride in Canada you gotta that that test
