Transfer of residence (ToR1) question
I'm about to apply for Transfer of Residence to ship our belongings from New Zealand to UK. It asks to provide proof such as employment contract or rental agreement to prove we are moving back to UK. We don't have any job offers or rental agreement as we will live with family until we can find jobs and therefore apply for a tenancy agreement. Can we just explain this in the form or will it be refused without this information?

Looks as though you’re applying for a spouse visa using proceeds from the sale of your home from your previous thread? So could you use proof of the house being sold, and proof of the visa app maybe? Also include a letter from your family saying you will be staying with them. You can’t give proof you don’t have, so just supply what you can.
