Hi, guys, went to bed on Thursday night, mother was sitting in chair & fed herself.
Friday 7.0 am, got call from hospital, mother taken turn for the worse, they had been working on her since 3.30am, in severe congestive heart failure. We were advised to come immediately. Got there, around 9.0am 3 doctors 4 nurses were working on her (NHS Free of charges 94 yr old woman), 2.5 hours later, they moved her to Acute Cardiac Car, she was now at least stable. Noon, they told us visiting was over, come back at 3.0pm.
We arrived at 3.0 pm, mother was sitting up in bed, complaining about the fact that she did not get breakfast or lunch. I said they were a little bit busy saving your life. When we left this eve she was, kind of back to normal, may go back to orthopedic dept, tomorrow. This is becoming 1 step, forward, 2 back.
Just to add to the, story, eldest brother & sister inlaw, left on 13 day cruise & at 1.0pm, got call from my other sister inlaw, my middle brother was, in another hospital, ER.
Incase you all forgot, we are having a restful, vacation. Beach, pool & bars are great. Partying every night. Especially the donkey rides, up the mountain. Its a hospital tour. Ruth said its the NHS Express.
Finally, got my Steak & Ale Pie, SPOTTED DICK & custard. hoorayyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyy

Wow, quite a mom you have there Frank. Hope she can hang on in and make it all the way through. As you say, she survived the Nazi's so this should be a piece of cake. Go Team BE.com!
