TB Certificate

Re: TB Certificate
That would depend on whether your sponsor has the correct licence and is able to obtain a CoS for your proposed role.

Yes. They have the license to issue me a Tier 2 CoS. Just want to know if my previous refused charity visa applications through same sponsor won't affect my application negatively. Thank you.

Re: TB Certificate
Your previous refusals will certainly be taken into consideration; you should certainly mention them on your application form. I can't give you any assurances that your Tier 2 application will be granted but your chances of getting a visa are zero if you don't apply.

Re: TB Certificate
Good evening Britinparis and all other professionals in the house. Please I want you to help me with your professional advice.
I went to the UK as a Tier 2 minister of religion migrant in 2012 but came back to my country without extending my visa. I just got another job now as a minister of religion migrant but I read in the guidance that an applicant needs to send his certificate to UKNARIC for assessment inorder to meet the English language requirement. So I read on section 164 of workers guidance that 10 points will be given to anyone who had PREVIOUS GRANT OF LEAVE as a Tier 2 migrant. So I want to know if I still need to send my certificate again to UKNARIC for assessment or not once I had previous grant of leave as a Tier 2 minister of religion migrant. Please check the section 164 of the guidance to see what i am saying. Thank you.
