Switch from tier 4 dependent to tier 2 in the UK presently
Hello,
I intend to extended my tier 4 dependent visa to a tier 2, am already in the UK for a year and some days what are the document needed, I work full time since my arrival. Or other option if need be. Thanks

My wife has tier 4 student, mine is dependent, what is the different? Tier 2 general or tier 2 dependent, I do 2 jobs Mon to Sunday and both jobs are on the tier 2 licence sponsor but my main job said they don't issue CoS to their employees, quite strange, but giving a reference letter of confirmation of being a permanent staff. I think I want the tier 2 general. Thanks for your response. So what step should I take to acquire or apply online and all needed documentation needed for the tier 2 general

A Tier 2 General visa would require your employer to sponsor you. It’s not something you can apply for independently.
