Sorry to hear about your issue. But I think you answered your own question if there are homes selling at $60K less than yours and if they are even broadly comparable. Respectfully, I don't think your going to sell yours without a substantial price reduction?

The foreclosures are killing any hope of selling at the moment. There are 2 on our street, one apparently belonged to a female doctor who has just run away. The prices have been absolutely slashed.

I find ther real tragedy of all this is that the mortgage companies and banks who started the sub-prime mortgage fiasco are mostly alive, bailed out and conducting business as usual.
