My problem is there is no shortage of houses in Houston and round by me they are building all the time...
There are also a lot of foreclosed homes as well which they are selling off for $60,000 less than mine is on the market for...some homes have been on the market for 8 months....

The foreclosures are killing any hope of selling at the moment. There are 2 on our street, one apparently belonged to a female doctor who has just run away. The prices have been absolutely slashed.

I find ther real tragedy of all this is that the mortgage companies and banks who started the sub-prime mortgage fiasco are mostly alive, bailed out and conducting business as usual.
