Spouse Visa - non salaried income
Dear all experts,
I have got an enquiry in here. Hope you can give me some advices.
If my husband contract says :
Hours of Work
Your hours of work will be those dictated by the needs of the business as a whole and the needs of your particular place of work. However, your basic hours of work will not be less than 37.5 per week, worked as a five day week, from Sunday through to the following Saturday. The Company reserves the right to vary your hours and/or days of work as and when required, according to the needs of the business.
Can this be categorised as non salaried income?

Sounds like you have hours determined, and sounds like it is seasonal. Best to ask Works and Pensions for their advise.

It's salaried income. But yes, as long as he can (and documents with payslips and bank statements) that he's earned at least £9,300 in those 6 months he's fine.
