Spouse visa - can I study
 

Hi all.

I've recently moved to Scotland from Australia with my husband who is Scottish. I am here on a spouse visa and thinking about retraining through the open university. I feel like it must be the most obvious question in the world because I can't find the answer anywhere in my documents or the gov website. Can I study on a partner visa? I can WORK, clearly but no where seems to definitively tell me I can study and I don't want to go too far down the research/excitement track if I'm going to be nixed at the final hurdle by my visa restrictions.
