We have finally SOLD THE FLAMIN HOUSE,took 9 months.Went down to Perth to look after my daughter who wasn't keeping too well at the end of her pregnancy and was booked in for a c/section last wednesday.(boy 7 lb 4 oz) i am now the proud nanny of 4 grandchildren 2 boys and 2 girls. Was only in Perth a few hours when the offer came through, they had been thinking about it for over a week. (90 other houses for sale in jurien) only around 2000 permenant residents in town. Anyhoo i head back to Scotland at the end of October :D with dh to follow a few months later as he has contracts to fullfill with the builders he does work for.(will be there for christmas for def).Actually very mixed feelings about the move now,we need to do this for US (keep telling myself this and it will be ok).:o

Anyway here are a few photos of jack, with big brother Hayden
(3 years old) just realized daddy isn't in any photos too busy bragging on the phone!!!!! Jack is the double of his dad can't belive just how much.

Congrats on selling up. Took me a while to sell my bug*er too.

Does this mean you will be leaving your daughter and grandkids in Perth, or are they in UK:unsure:

That's fantastic news - I know a lot of people are hamstrung by their property situation at the moment, so glad to hear of one person who managed to get a result. Score! (as they say in the USA)
