Hello Marie, As a very old English Gentleman, do have a look at www.rightmove.co.uk, and specify rental, then area, and should you prefer to be on your own, you may find something ideal, lots of Photographs there, Regards dontheturner (returning to Shropshire in 20 days).

University accommodation could be a temporary option. University of Falmer, Brighton, could possibly offer accommodation in summer during their summer break. Chichester University, West Sussex do this and offer a B and B option too. No doubt other universities in the UK do the same. Chichester offers single rooms with en suite if required.

Anishq -Only problem, with them, although most are superb, is the time limit. You have to vacate by term time. take care, but do be aware! dontheturner

Thank you. I did say 'during summer break'. I understood that one would have to vacate once students return.
